  3. SNR Margin and Line Attenuation are two different things. The Line ATtenuation in your case is low, probably because your line is freshly laid and has little resistance. SNR Margin is not very bad for you but an improvement will not harm. SNR Margin can be on the lower side due to quality of signal at the exchange
